How To Apply
1. Fill out the information request on our home page to be connected with our approved lender: Coast Home Loans. (note: currently SHBA is in its pilot phase and is not adding additional lenders until the pilot phase is completed)
2. Get pre-approved with Coast Home Loans.
3. The processing team at Coast Home Loans will handle the correspondence with Strive Home Buyers Assistance throughout the process.
4. At closing, you will sign a note for your Strive Down Payment Assistance 2nd mortgage.
